Refund Policy

1. Heatwave Readiness Assessment — one-time purchase

If your Heatwave Readiness Assessment does not generate correctly or the deliverables are materially unavailable, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@workplaceready.app. We will fix the issue or refund the €99 purchase price. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

2. WorkplaceReady Annual — subscription

WorkplaceReady Annual is a €199/year subscription. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not refund partial months.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@workplaceready.app with the email address used to purchase, the date of purchase, and a brief description of the problem. We aim to respond within one business day.

4. Important disclaimer

WorkplaceReady provides informational workplace heat readiness guidance and is not legal, medical, OSHA, or safety-engineering advice. Customers are responsible for complying with local workplace safety laws and regulations.
