1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the WorkplaceReady website, Business Readiness Platform, assessments, and related services ("Services"). By creating an account, submitting a Business Profile, or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

2. What we provide

WorkplaceReady provides digital workplace readiness assessments, reports, and planning tools. WorkplaceReady is operated by Fogwalkers OÜ, Estonia. Individual WorkplaceReady readiness modules may be available as one-time purchases. WorkplaceReady Annual provides access to all current and future modules during the subscription period.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide a valid email address and keep your account details accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for the business or individual that purchased access; sharing credentials beyond your organisation is not allowed.

4. Payment and subscriptions

One-time purchases are billed once. Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices and currency are shown at checkout and may vary by market, and applicable taxes or VAT apply where required. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

5. Intellectual property

WorkplaceReady owns the platform, code, templates, and generated reports. You receive a licence to view and download your own assessments and reports for internal business use. If you purchase a scoped evidence-preparation service, you may also share the relevant purchased outputs, evidence summaries and working answer material with your own clients, professional advisers, insurers, auditors, procurement or security reviewers, panel or RFP evaluators and other counterparties for your own business, assurance or review purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, white-label the content or platform, publish the template library, or distribute unrelated WorkplaceReady intellectual property.

6. Data and privacy

We process your business profile data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data and grant us the limited rights needed to generate assessments, store reports, and operate the platform.

6a. Scoped evidence-preparation services

WorkplaceReady may offer scoped evidence-preparation services, including the AI Questionnaire & RFP Evidence Pack. The standard AI Readiness Operating Pack can be purchased directly at the published one-time price under its published standard scope. Purchase is not instant or automatic fulfilment: after purchase, WorkplaceReady contacts you to confirm and collect the factual intake information needed to produce the deliverables.

If your request is deadline-sensitive, bespoke, or materially different from the published standard scope, use "Show us the request" first. WorkplaceReady will confirm fit, the scope of the engagement, any engagement-specific price if it differs from the published price, and a delivery date before accepting that scoped engagement.

For all scoped work, the customer is responsible for providing or confirming the factual source information used. WorkplaceReady does not invent missing facts; unsupported points may remain marked as unknown or as evidence gaps.

These services organise factual business evidence and working answer material. They do not constitute legal, insurance, regulatory, compliance or security certification advice, and WorkplaceReady does not guarantee that a client, insurer, auditor, regulator, procurement team or other third party will accept the resulting material.

7. Important limitation

WorkplaceReady provides informational business-readiness guidance and structured decision support. It is not legal, medical, regulatory, compliance, safety-engineering or other professional advice. The assessments are designed to help small businesses prepare, not to replace professional judgement, legal counsel, qualified expert advice or regulatory compliance. Customers are responsible for complying with local workplace safety laws and regulations.

8. Changes to the service

We may update features, pricing, or these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
