1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the WorkplaceReady website, Business Readiness Platform, assessments, and related services ("Services"). By creating an account, submitting a Business Profile, or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
2. What we provide
WorkplaceReady provides digital workplace readiness assessments, reports, and planning tools. The Heatwave Readiness Assessment is available as a one-time purchase. WorkplaceReady Annual provides access to all current and future modules for one year.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide a valid email address and keep your account details accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for the business or individual that purchased access; sharing credentials beyond your organisation is not allowed.
4. Payment and subscriptions
One-time purchases are billed once. Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
5. Intellectual property
WorkplaceReady owns the platform, code, templates, and generated reports. You receive a licence to view and download your own assessments and reports for internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label the content or platform.
6. Data and privacy
We process your business profile data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data and grant us the limited rights needed to generate assessments, store reports, and operate the platform.
7. Important limitation
WorkplaceReady provides informational workplace heat readiness guidance and is not legal, medical, OSHA, or safety-engineering advice. The assessments are designed to help small businesses prepare, not to replace professional judgement, legal counsel, or regulatory compliance. Customers are responsible for complying with local workplace safety laws and regulations.
8. Changes to the service
We may update features, pricing, or these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
