AI evidence · UK surveying & property practices
Your AI policy is not the evidence behind the workflow.
AI may already support valuation, reporting, research, administration and client work. Policy text alone does not show which use is approved, who owns it, what client or property data enters it, or where professional judgement and human review apply.
Make the workflow visible: supplier due diligence, the reliability decision and what happens when the tool fails. WorkplaceReady helps turn business-confirmed facts into an evidence view, with gaps still visible and exact next actions.

SAMPLE / FICTIONAL · not customer evidence
One workflow. Evidence you can point to.
This invented example has a register, an owner and a review point. Its data and supplier handling and reliability decision are only partly documented; its fallback and incident path is missing. A policy does not close those gaps by itself.
The Stress Test considers one real workflow across approved use, human review, reliability and fallback, data and supplier handling, and ownership. It produces a red/amber/green Evidence Gap Map, up to five gaps and exact next actions from your structured answers. Unsupported facts remain UNKNOWN.

Current professional-standard context
RICS’s Responsible Use of AI standard
RICS’s Responsible use of artificial intelligence in surveying practice standard took effect on 9 March 2026. It applies to RICS members and regulated firms where AI has a material impact on the delivery of surveying services—not every use of AI.
It asks firms to maintain written evidence around whether AI is appropriate, registers and risk management, and the reliability of materially impactful outputs. RICS also addresses confidential data safeguards, procurement and due diligence, and retaining professional control and judgement. Consult the standard for its exact requirements and how they apply to your practice.
